Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. Last updated: March 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wiggles Creative Studio website and Gang Sheet Builder platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to the Gang Sheet Builder software, source code, design, layout, graphics, text, and functionality — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wiggles Creative Studio and is protected by South African and international copyright law.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its source code
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform or any of its features
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content or data from the Platform
  • Claim ownership of or misrepresent the origin of any part of the Platform
  • Create derivative works based on the Gang Sheet Builder or any proprietary component

Any unauthorised use may result in civil and/or criminal liability under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 (as amended) and related South African legislation.

3. Artwork & Content

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Wiggles Creative Studio accepts no liability for artwork that infringes third-party rights.

4. Platform Access

Access to the Gang Sheet Builder is granted to approved B2B accounts only. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared. Wiggles Creative Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is found to be misused.

5. Orders & Payments

All orders submitted via the Platform are subject to confirmation by Wiggles Creative Studio. Pricing is as published and may be updated without prior notice. Full payment is required before production begins unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wiggles Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from incorrect artwork, connectivity failures, or third-party courier delays. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. DMCA & Takedown Notices

If you believe any content on this Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at angelique@wiggles.co.za with full details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
