This Privacy Policy is drafted in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA), which governs the processing of personal information in South Africa.

Wiggles Creative Studio ("we", "us", "our") is the responsible party for personal information collected through this Platform. We are based in George, Western Cape, South Africa.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, delivery address
• Order information: artwork files, order quantities, turnaround preferences, special notes
• Usage data: pages visited, Gang Sheet Builder session activity, browser type, device type
• Communication records: WhatsApp or email correspondence relating to orders or enquiries

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Process and fulfil your DTF transfer printing orders
• Manage your account and provide access to the Gang Sheet Builder
• Communicate with you about orders, pricing, and account matters
• Improve the Platform and detect technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage (Google Cloud infrastructure)
• Make (Integromat) — order automation and workflow processing
• Courier partners — delivery address shared for shipping purposes only

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and data security standards. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

5. Artwork & Files

Artwork files you upload are stored securely in Google Firebase Storage and are used solely for fulfilling your order. Files are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for printing and delivery. You may request deletion of your files at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request closure of your account at any time.

7. Your Rights Under POPIA

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to the processing of your information
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access to the Platform is restricted to approved accounts, and all data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

9. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to make the Platform work and to understand how it is used. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or sell any data to third parties.

• To run the Platform — to keep you signed in, remember your account preferences, and protect forms from automated abuse.
• To measure usage — to count visits, see which pages are popular, and understand whether features like the Gang Sheet Builder are working well. This data is aggregated and used only to improve the Platform.

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so may prevent you from logging in or submitting orders.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
