Order Received Order confirmed and entered into production queue. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Artwork Validation & Payment Artwork is validated and invoice is sent. Once payment is received, production begins.

Pre-Press & Printing Artwork is RIP processed, colour-profiled, and printed on your gang sheet.

Quality Check & Pack Transfers are inspected, packed, and handed to our courier partner.

Artwork Requirements

File Formats PNG (transparent background) is preferred. SVG and high-res JPG (300 DPI+) are also accepted. Avoid low-resolution screenshots.

Resolution Minimum 300 DPI at intended print size. A 10 cm wide print requires at least 1 181 px wide. Higher is always better.

Colour Mode Supply in RGB. CMYK files will be converted — if colour accuracy is critical, verify your colours after conversion.

Transparent Background For best DTF results, use a PNG with a transparent (not white) background so the transfer blends cleanly with the garment.

Text & Fine Detail Minimum recommended text size is 6 pt. Very fine lines (< 0.5 pt) may not reproduce cleanly — convert text to outlines before exporting.

Pressing Instructions

Setting	Value
Temperature	150–165 °C (300–330 °F)
Pressure	Medium-firm (40–60 PSI)
Time	10–15 seconds
Peel Type	Cold peel — allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling the carrier film.
Second Press	Recommended — cover with parchment or Teflon sheet, press 5 sec for better adhesion and a matte finish.
Pre-Press	Press the blank garment 3–5 sec beforehand to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Wash Care: Turn garment inside-out. Machine wash cold (30 °C max), gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry on high heat. Do not iron directly on transfer.
