Minimum 300 DPI at intended print size. For a 10cm wide print, your file should be at least 1181px wide.

Supply files in RGB colour mode. CMYK files will be converted — check your colours after conversion if colour accuracy is critical.

Common Questions

A gang sheet is a full sheet (e.g. A3) where multiple individual transfers are arranged together to maximise printing efficiency. Instead of printing one design per sheet, you pack multiple designs onto a single sheet and cut them apart after delivery. Our builder helps you do this.
We accept PNG (recommended — use transparent background), SVG, and high-resolution JPG/JPEG. PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result. Do not use white backgrounds unless the transfer is intended to have a white border.
Supply your artwork at a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size. The gang sheet builder accepts any image, but you supply the full-resolution originals — we receive those directly and process them in our RIP software at maximum quality. The builder preview is just for layout.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Rush orders (1–2 business days) are available at an additional surcharge subject to capacity. Courier delivery is nationwide via overnight or economy service depending on your location.
Yes. If you're placing regular orders (weekly or monthly), contact us on WhatsApp to discuss a standing rate tailored to your volume. We work with screen printers, embroiderers, and small print studios across South Africa.
General guidelines: 160°C / 320°F, medium-firm pressure, 12–15 seconds. Always do a test press first on scrap fabric. Pressing times and temperatures may vary slightly depending on your heat press and substrate. Once peeled, do a second press using an old t-shirt as an overlay. This ensures the print is embedded with the fabric.
